It’s The End Of An Era…
I don’t know what other way to put it.
I haven’t been sick…in almost two decades. Not even as much as a common cold since December 11th 1989.
Until now…
This week I got sick… and not only did I get sick, I came down with
I went roller skating last night and fell on my butt.
The interesting this is not that I fell, but why I fell.
I fell because I was trying not to fall. You see, I hadn’t been skating in several months and had deemed myself “rusty”. So I was skating around – legs and arms stiff, tensed-up and nervous (in other words, worried).
So after going around a few times like that, I tried a side jump (which I always do) and
We’ve all heard the quote, “You can’t have your cake and eat it too…”
Question: Why not?
Why would anyone want a cake that they couldn’t eat?
Maybe it’s just me, but as far as I know, cake is for eating. Am I missing something?
I think the person who said that was coming from a severely limited point of view.
However, I’ve come to know that this kind of limited thinking can negatively impact the results you get in life.
When someone has the ‘I can’t have it all’ thought in their head, that becomes their reality.
I’ve got some great news… My assistant just quit.
