I’m soooo fortunate to be surrounded by absolutely brilliant people.
A good friend of mine and I were talking and she used a phrase that I don’t typically hear her say…
“Keeping It Real”
It’s a colloquial term used by a lot of the ‘young folk’ meaning a myriad of things ranging from, not selling out to ‘tha man’ to appreciating culture…and everything in between.
We laughed about it, then got into a really interesting discussion about “keeping it real”
The “Keeping It Real” we were referring to was
“I’m Surrounded By Idiots!”
I remember a long, loooong time ago I used to say that all the time. I used to get so frustrated with people for “being idiots”.
They’d do ‘stupid’ things that would drive me insane. I mean REALLY stupid things that

Probably not
Some people habitually worry about money…people with
