“100% of What You Want… 0% Of What You Don’t”

Most people wonder why they don’t get the things they want.

One of the mains reasons why is because they’re focusing on the wrong things-Particularly the things they DON’T want.

They say things like:

• I don’t want to get fired
• I don’t want so-and-so to break up with me
• I don’t want to get hurt
• etc

Here’s a quick piece of advice… if those are the things you DON’T want… stop talking about them and focus on the things you do want.

As you know… energy flows where attention goes.  So if you’re focusing on what you don’t want, you’re just giving it energy… and the potential of attracting it to you.

Practical Application
Take the advice of The Switch – Think about 100% of What You Want… 0% Of What You Don’t

Think about, focus on, talk about ONLY the things you WANT… not the things you don’t want. If you don’t want something to happen (like getting fired, etc) focus on the opposite (I want to keep my job, etc)
