Moving Mountains Begins With A Baby Step
When you want to do something but you’re not sure where to start, you’ve probably heard somebody tell you “Just do it and take the first step.” Perhaps this is something you’ve heard for the longest time.
However, you may be hesitant to take the first step. You may end up losing your confidence, and therefore do nothing.
Putting undue stress on yourself to accomplish a “unrealistic” goals can be self defeating.
What I mean to say is that it took you time to develop the belief system you currently have… so it only stands to reason that it is going to take some time for you to change that belief system. I’m not suggesting that it’s not possible for a person to
Picking up where I left off in the last post.
My conversation with this young lady turned into a whole new conversation when I pointed out that she was getting so upset about something that she had a significant level of attachment to. A significant level of what I’d like to call ‘significance’ which is the weight or importance that you put on something that can easily be causing that level of frustration.
What I was explaining to her is this:
