As I mentioned in my Scary Room post, I’d never gone into a sauna until last year…no logical reason…I just had never done it.
One of the books I’m currently reading is Way Of The Superior Man (which is a great book by the way). I read something that was really interesting, so I underlined it. It felt really weird…
Why?
In my journey on this path to enlightenment, I’ve found one formula that has consistently remained true in creating a happy fulfilled life:
G=G
Eating black eyed peas on new year’s is supposed to bring you good luck and financial abundance.
Though I don’t have any superstitions, I do “believe” in them – conceptually. Meaning: they work for the people who believe in them.
There’s actually some science to
Addict -(ad·dict) n.To become physiologically or psychologically dependent on a habit-forming substance or activity. To habituate or abandon (oneself) to something compulsively or obsessively.
So, I admit…I’m an addict.
We’ve all heard the quote, “You can’t have your cake and eat it too…”

It’s amazing how your environment can impact your behavior.
I’m just left Philly, doing a business mastermind session and I was told on a couple of occasions that, I was acting “uncharacteristically aggressive”.
One person even went as far as saying, “If I didn’t know any better, I wouldn’t know you weren’t from Philly.
Hmm…uncharacteristically aggressive… in other words
